The original project involved the construction of a boutique hotel with an elegant restaurant overlooking the sea.
Our Project
The building will be completely renovated creating 10 apartments. The property is surrounded by a big garden with a swimming pool that will be at the service of the tenants, guaranteeing privacy. Some apartments will also have a private garden with direct access.
The building will be characterized by a high-level energy class based on the use of photovoltaic panels and gas heat pumps that power the underfloor heating system.
The interiors will feature high ceilings and fine finishes. The common areas will also include distinctive design elements.
